1. The service
FaceMate gives AI-generated cosmetic estimates about visible skin features and suggests products. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. See a doctor or dermatologist for medical concerns.
2. Using the scan
You must be 16 or older and use only photos of your own face. Results depend on lighting and photo quality and may be inaccurate.
3. Business accounts
- Logins are personal; keep your password safe and turn on two-step login.
- You are responsible for the products, prices and claims you publish, and for having a lawful basis and privacy notice for your shoppers.
- Trial access ends on the date set by the administrator; data is kept for a limited time afterwards.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other businesses' data, probe or overload the service, bypass limits, reverse engineer it, or use it to profile or identify people. Automated security controls record and block such activity.
5. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to re-supplying the service. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that cannot be excluded.
